" Strategic Public Relations and Research for the second and final time this month, released their Opinion Poll results on the 30^th July 2010. For the second time running, the ‘Yes’ votes were in the lead with 66%, only 4% up from the last SPRR results. The ‘No’s were stuck at the same spot at 20%, while the undecided voters dropped a massive 9% from 18% to 9%. This time, 5% of Kenyans have decided not to vote at all in the upcoming Referendum. Voting will be done on the 4^th of August 2010.”
